Triana Design Studio is a Seattle-based residential interior design studio led by principal designer Hector Pelayo. Serving Seattle and the Eastside — including Bellevue, Medina, Mercer Island, and Kirkland — the studio creates sophisticated, art-driven spaces for clients who want their homes to feel deeply personal.

Hector Pelayo
Hector Pelayo is the founder and principal designer of Triana Design Studio. After a career in tech, Hector followed a lifelong pull toward artistic expression, finding in interior design the medium where form, function, and human experience finally came together. He sees every living space as a canvas — an opportunity to create something sophisticated, soulful, and unmistakably personal for the people who live there.
Every project runs through Hector directly, with no staff handoffs and no junior designers — just one creative vision, fully invested from the first conversation to final installation. He favors trade-only vendors for original, high-quality pieces, and presents every design through detailed, photorealistic 3D renderings so clients can see their space before committing to it.
Hector works primarily with homeowners across Seattle and the Eastside on high-end residential projects, bringing a bold, art-inspired aesthetic to full-service design, remodels, and new construction alike.
